  • Do you service all makes and models?

    We service all foreign and domestic vehicle models.
  • How long will the repairs take?

    The time required depends on the specific repairs your vehicle needs. After completing diagnostics, we'll provide you with an estimated timeframe for completion.
  • How will you communicate any updates?

    We'll contact you as soon as we've identified the issue with your vehicle. If we discover any additional problems during the repair process, we'll inform you right away.
  • Will I receive a written estimate?

    Every customer receives a written estimate from us.
  • What is your payment policy?

    Payment is due when services are completed.
  • Do I have the right to choose my own auto repair shop in Idaho?

    You have the right to select any auto repair shop you prefer. Even if your insurance company suggests a specific location, they cannot require you to use that shop.
  • What are your certifications?

    The majority of our technicians hold ASE certifications and have additional certifications from specific vehicle manufacturers.
  • Do you provide rental cars or loaner cars?

    We don't offer loaner vehicles, but we'll provide transportation to your home or to a rental car company.
  • Can hidden damage be found after repairs begin?

    Once your vehicle is disassembled, our technicians may discover damage that wasn't visible during the initial estimate. If this occurs, we'll contact both you and your insurance company for approval before moving forward with any additional work.
  • When should I service my vehicle?

    Your service intervals depend on the type of oil you use. Please call us to schedule an appointment.
